Start-up company. Bagel/Deli/Pizza/Surf shop located a block from the ocean in a summer resort town in lower DE. Showed an increase in sales consecutively for each year the business was open. Acquired an existing bagel shop in a town located in central DE that was losing money each year and I was able to turn a profit after one year as part owner. Had to walk away from the business in 2011 due to unforeseen building issue.
