I worked with the senior leadership team and product managers on one of the bank's key technology programmes - spanning 9 delivery teams, external vendors and external client testing.Achieved frequent, on-time releases backed by a focus on delivering the key business needs.Achieved much smoother collaboration and productivity by:* simplifying all the processes and clarifying responsibilities* training the product managers in storymapping and prioritising by quantified business value and risk-reduction* engaging people in running/improving their process with a Kanban "war room" which we ran with ~30 people for 30min every 2 days - resulting in clear understanding of work across the programme and fast raising and resolution of issues.

Designed an innovative improvement programme that engaged a department of 60 people in identifying improvement areas, self-organizing into improvement teams and taking action to make those improvements.
