As I conclude my internship in the Human Resources department at Youth India Foundation, I want to reflect on the valuable experiences and skills I’ve gained during my time here.Throughout my internship, I had the opportunity to work on various HR functions, including:Recruitment: Assisted in the hiring process by reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.Onboarding: Helped facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they had the resources and support they needed.Employee Engagement: Contributed to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee morale and participation, including organizing events and gathering feedback.Administrative Support: Maintained HR records and assisted with daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and compliance.This experience has greatly enhanced my understanding of HR practices and allowed me to develop essential skills in communication, organization, and teamwork.
