This was a family owned business and besides reporting to the President and General Manager it also involved dealing with their personal holding companies. This position had all financial and office personnel reporting to it. Responsibility included overseeing the preparation of all financial information, such as budgets, monthly results, cash flows, and year-end consolidations. It was also responsible for dealing with bank personnel and external auditors. I was instrumental in the development and implementation of the Company's computerization, including EDI.

Supervised the Accounting, Payroll and Purchasing personnel with responsibility for the administration of the office and overseeing the preparation. Analyzed and explained all financial information, such as 5-year plans, monthly results, cash flows, weekly breakevens and cost accounting.
