With a BA in Communication and Media Studies from USIU-Africa, I have a strong background in writing, copywriting, and public relations. I have applied these skills in various roles, such as a PR Communications Officer at Solid' Africa, a nonprofit organization that provides healthy meals and hygienic supplies to public hospital patients in Rwanda, and a Community Ambassador at Qwetu, a chain of student residences in Kenya.Currently, I am a full time Air Operations Supervisor at UPS, where I oversee operations in the International import/ export department. I ensure that the quality, safety, and productivity standards are met and that the customer expectations are satisfied. Additionally, I have developed my skills in administration, finance, HR compliance, and customer service. I am passionate about the gospel and the ministry of grace through faith. I have founded and currently oversee a teaching ministry called Relentless Pursuit, focused on equipping believers and ministers of the gospel to apply biblical truths and instruction in the marketplace and day to day activities. I have served in different religious institutions as a speaker, counselor and disciple. My goal is to leverage my communication, operations, and leadership skills to create positive impact and value for my team, my organization, and my community. I speak English, French, and Swahili fluently.
