Rachel has been a professional writer for almost twenty years, starting first as a production assistant in New York for Croog Inc and Duck, You Sucker! Productions in Los Angeles. In 2004 she became a junior writer on Cartoon Network's Ed Edd n Eddy. She eventually became head writer, overseeing the scripts for two successful seasons and a feature film.Rachel also works in advertising and has produced engaging copy and campaigns for LivingSocial and various recruitment agencies. She currently works as a Digital Content Producer for StepChange Debt Charity and related partners. She's a resident writer on the money-saving and budgeting blog, MoneyAware.Rachel is also a freelance comic book writer - her Regular Show graphic novel 'Hydration' was released in September 2014, and her second graphic novel Noir Means Noir, Buddy (co-written with husband Rob Luckett) was released in August 2015. A third Regular Show graphic novel, 'A Clash Of Consoles' was published in May 2015. Rachel contributed stories for LUNA THE VAMPIRE VOL 2: PICKLED ZITS, created by Netherlands-based artist and animator Yasmin Sheikh and published by IDW. Rachel worked as an executive script editor on indie horror feature films Markham (2020) and At The Mountain of Madness (2021), directed by Matt Cooper.
