I am a serial entrepreneur and technologist with over 18 years of experience leading software delivery and building startups.My Career Journey:◆I started my career at Infosys where I worked for 9 years and got inspired by leaders like Narayana Murthy and Nandan Nilekani. I implemented Finacle core banking solutions across the Middle East, Africa, and UAE, working closely with CTOs and CIOs of global banks.◆In 2014, I co-founded Riflexions Consulting, a boutique consulting firm focused on the banking and financial services sector. As co-founder, I focused on business building, team leadership, and operational excellence. I successfully exited the company through an acquisition in 2018.◆After exiting Riflexions, I worked with Nandan Nilekani's eGovernments Foundation, leading the implementation of their DIGIT platform for 4,000+ municipalities across India. I had the opportunity to work closely with Nandan and do the first full deployment of the platform in Punjab within 6 months.My Entrepreneurial Ventures:◆In 2022, I founded Tapptal, an online network connecting freelance management and business talents with top companies globally. We have over 200 highly-vetted independent consultants already on the platform across functions like project management, business analysis, digital marketing, and more. ◆I also founded Appscribed in early 2023 - a platform providing in-depth reviews and analysis on business software to help companies make informed decisions in their digital transformation journeys. The website is already getting over 50,000 visitors per month.My goal is to leverage my experience building and scaling companies to establish Lucknow as an IT and startup hub.
