With over 15 years of engineering management experience, I have a proven track record of executing strategic R&D programmes and commercialising novel products and manufacturing processes.My core competencies include leadership, research and development, technology management, product management, operational excellence, product / technology roadmap, thought leadership, agile project management, effective communication, change management, and people development. I am passionate about creating value for customers, stakeholders, and society through eco-innovation and sustainability, leveraging my technical know-how in power electronics, industrial digital technologies, semiconductors, material solutions, smart connected products, industry 4.0, and electronics manufacturing.
