 Overseeing all accounting and finance function for the company including , accounts payable , accounts receivable, payroll, banking, general ledger and tax compliance Preparing cash forecast and managing cash flow on monthly basis Preparing Monthly Profit & Loss statement and analysis Finalization of book of accounts and preparing complete set of books required by the auditors.  Liaise with external auditor of the company and insure timely completion of audit  Monitor and record expense and co ordinate with Project Manager Preparing monthly ageing analysis for creditors and issuing payment timely  Entering all the voucher in system (Journal, Payment, Receipt, Purchase) Dealing all bank related issues and banking facilities with company bankers Preparing payroll for + 300 employees and transferring salary to employees bank account by submitting the require documents  Review and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accurate balance  Preparing employees leave settlement, Staff benefit and other benefits

Preparing Management report of daily transaction cash & bank Monthly internal Auditing. Handling petty cash & making weekly replenishments. Preparing journal entries, purchase entries, payments entries, Receipts entries. Preparing Cash Flow, Daily Expiry Repots, Sales Report. Receiving collection from customer & Daily salesman cash, preparing deposit slip & posting to ledger. Calculating employees Leave Salary & Indemnity. Handling Local purchase of raw materials. Preparing Inventory entries, Receipt from production, Issuing Raw materials, Preparing Payroll and disburse salary. Managing most offices requirements. Preparing Bank reconciliation weekly. Follow-up with debtors and creditors / preparing monthly statement for debtors.
