== Sourcing, Procurement, Logistic & Inventory Control. Manages all running projects ==• Preparing RFQ consists of technical specifications; BOQ's and drawings based on tender and design documents.• Efficiently assessing quotations received from vendors / suppliers along with compliance statement.• Arranging the meetings between (Procurement, Technical Peoples & Vendors) for technical discussion/ clarifications• Evaluating all bids and participating in the technical analysis of standard and less complex bids• Establishing terms & conditions based on project requirement such as payment, mode of delivery, delivery date, performance bond, etc.• Coordinating with Suppliers, Operations and Consultants for submission & approval of technical submittal & proceed with Purchase Order (Local or Overseas)• Demonstrated excellence in issuing CIA (Client In-house Approval) to proceed with Consultant/Client Review• Coordinating with Suppliers, Operations and Consultants for submission & approval of technical submittal & proceed with Purchase Order (Local or Overseas)• Carrying out discussions for defective or unacceptable goods or services with users, vendors to determine source of trouble, thus taking corrective action

• Establish & evaluate Supply Chain performance matrices such as Quality, Lead times, Supply responsiveness, delivery performance, etc.• Leverage financial resources by implementing cost effective purchase agreements with supplier on global level• Orders management and processes orders from various internal and external clients with Order Management Team (OMT) as per Customer’s Contracts and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)• Provides training to departments & staff on Supply Chain, INCOTERMS, Inventory & Logistic processes.• Maintains an accurate and up-to-date supplier information database for regularly purchased items, and stays up-to-date of local market conditions & trends.• Supports domestic & international cargo shipments for routine & emergency operations by road, rail, sea and air.• Stock management policies and procedures/Stock Movement Reporting• Inventory management activities (Physical/ERP)• Formulation/implementation of KPI’s for department/stake holders to achieve maximum optimization• Cost-cutting, productivity improvement, inventory reduction, and cost-effective measures• Supervision for the issuance f Bills, Delivery Notes, Sales Tax Invoices with GRN/Waybills and deliveries to customers & RMA procedures

• Manages commercial and supplier aspects of product development and sourcing projects. Procure materials and services on the best available terms (quality, price, lead time) in accordance with stated specifications, mainly. This includes preparing RFQ's, evaluation of offers, negotiations, preparing documentation for PO/contract approval, follow-ups, facilitation and tracking using ERP.• Conducts supplier analysis, evaluates potential suppliers, and manages the overall supplier qualification process, develops and create sourcing plans, requests for proposal, and other sourcing documents, evaluates and recommends purchasing and sourcing decision to management

• Sourcing, negotiating with suppliers/OEM’s for securing purchase packages that suite our targets in terms of product quality, buy price, delivery conditions, after sales, etc.• Manage Logistical matters pertaining to cargo bookings, customs, dispatch procedures, etc. from various locations both local and international• Identifying, Handling and monitoring of RMA/ shortage/defective deliveries cases• Ensuring timely & accurate availability of prices in ERP, to facilitate sales team for quotation submission• Develop new/alternate sources for purchasing• Review requisition orders in order to verify profitability, terms/accuracy and part specifications• Manages the sampling and product approval process for the project. Follow-up and Expediting: This involves various types of supplier liaison work, such as reviewing the status of orders, writing letters, telephoning and faxing suppliers, and occasionally visiting suppliers' premises

RESPONSIBILITIES:* Managing a group of over 50 professional local vendors throughout Pakistan and more than 10 international vendors from Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, India, Italy, France, UK, Sweden etc.* Responsible for Order Placement Timing, Supply / Demand Alignment, Material Replenishment and Supplier Performance.* Sourcing the most affordable materials for the companies manufacturing process and for running projects.* Reviewing tenders and bids.* Monitoring delivery times to ensure they are on time.* Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.* Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company.* Helping to source alternative items for buyers and customers.* Developing sourcing strategies & preparing high quality tender documentation.* Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices.* Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.* Delegating projects and tasks to junior staff.* Involved in writing up contracts and the terms of sales.* Involved in selling off excess, damaged and inventory and stock. Management of Warranty claims and import/export matters for warranty issues with foreign PrincipalsTECHNICAL SKILLS* Skilful in Company Management as subcontractor* Strong technical selection skill for product selection as per customer requirements* Good knowledge in Contract / Subcontractor Management, sourcing, selection, contract negotiation* Skilful in Windows XP & Microsoft Office applications (World, Excel, Project, & Power Point), Adobe, Anti-Virus, Various Internet research tools and browsers and follows SOP as per ISO standardsSALES:* Commercial & sales activities, and contract negotiations (Preparation of Technical proposals for Automation Turkey based solutions for Industrial as well as commercial clients)* Preparation of schedule and cost calculation (manpower, material, subcontractors) for Turnkey-Services
