And ensure that funds are available for upcoming payments.• Responsible for presentation of quarterly, halfyearly and yearly audited accounts to the Board and board audit committee. monitor all the Direct / indirect tax compliance of the organization as per law.• Responsible for annual audit from Auditor General of Pakistan and prepare response against DG Audit observation for Departmental Audit committee review.• Any other task assigned by CEO and Board of Directors time to time.
