Ensure effective implementation of company’s strategies and Trade Marketing plan.Responsible for Region's Business Analysis, Team Management, Planning to increasing Gross Adds , Business Solution, Primary/ Secondary Sales, Develop plans & formulate strategy to increase data usage regarding Post 3G Regime & Bio metric implementation, Also ensure the best standards of visibility,Identification of outdoor visibility opportunities & the effective Trade event management in the region.

Worked in different Rural and Urban markets of Punjab. Always ensure effective implementation of company’s sales operation,To ensure that company’s regional sales objectives are met,monitor franchises ROI according to organizations standards,suggest local promotion plans to Regional Director. Effective implementation of company polices at franchise, distributors and retail level, Develop a system of timely resolution of all trade grievances. Ensure that the staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills.Regularly visit to the territories, franchises and their retail market. Involve in on job training of sales team.

Hired in the budding phase of the company and proudly launch Franchises in different part of Southern Punjab Market. Developed the channel with complete backup support & taken different initiatives to create awareness for Telenor products in the market. Fight with competitors in retail market through strong follow-up & local promotion, developed interest of Retailers & Business Partners and secured very handsome business.

Being Territory Manager responsibility includes Manage Distribution Operations, route development, Optimum use of ULTRA (Unilever Trade Resource Automation) for enhancing service level at trade & availability of different SKU’s (Stock keeping units) as per classification, finding & bridging market gaps, Hawk eye view on competitor moves, handling customer complaints using problem solving approach, Penetrate in the market with highly motivated team.
