Core Responsibilities:• Daily customer communication related to all business activities.• Monitor & Push Development and Production statuses to ensure timely deliveries.• Analyze assigned customer’s demographics (History, Competitors, Seasonal, Price and Buying Trends, Market share etc), to provide better customer services.• Handling complaints and liabilities.• Gathering data to enable costing of products.Customer Developments:• CBL Collection presentation coordination.• Development package analysis & Handover to PD.• Handling queries of PD with customer’s support.• Sample Request issuance. • Updating the customer with Sample Status reports.Pricing & Production Support:• Gather SMV and yield data from IE.• Accessories costing, with SC & FN support if required.• Arrange review of samples being priced.• Finalize BOM, Specs & Patterns with PD (handling revisions).• Initiate development of accessories from Local market with SC support.• Provide information of nominated vendors for customer branded accessories to SC.• Provide nominated forwarding agent details to SC• Coordinate urgent shipments with SC. MSP (Master Sales Plan) & Budget Analysis:• Analyze MSP compared to customer sourcing plan and budgets.• Discuss and Finalize MSP with Supply Chain for capacity blocking & procurement.• Handle liabilities in case of any deviations from MSP with customer. Handling Customer Orders, Complaints and Claims:• PO Receipt, Issuance to plant and its record.• Share production reports with customers as per agreement (E-mail or Web).• Handling of complaints on plant with respective departments and feedback to customer with corrective action.• Ensure timely settlement of the all claims. Coordinate External Quality Audits & Customer visits:• Coordinating timely customer & third party audits.• Audit report review with the internal and external auditors.•
