(Energy & Infrastructure Business – Assistant Manager)Responsible for project estimation and project management of primary distribution products, switchgear, relay control panels in substation projects & turnkey projects. Responsibilities include:- Project Management of successful orders within project - Set up / put into action the project strategy and plan the project phases (detailed planning/project control, delivery, acceptance)- Detailed planning and project execution (define targets, define work packages, set up task/resource schedules- Closely coordinate and provide Technical support to the Engineering, Production and Services Engineers during Project execution- Negotiation and coordination with suppliers and sub-contractors- Management of resources and procurement of material Handling complaints / obliging customers where they need assistance till entire satisfaction As technical sales and support in project bid process.- Presentation to customers about services and products- Identify new business opportunities & maintaining good relationships with existing customers- Study the project specifications fulfil the technical requirements- Provide technical clarification and comments raised by client/consultant during bidding stage- Close coordination with consultants, support them in design related matters- Provide answers to application needs of customers and technical solutions for rocess/project.- Gather information about competitor product and its performance and identify new products launched in the market

(Industry Sector)Working experience includes sales, bid preparation and Project Execution of turnkey projects and primary distribution products- Analyse scope of work, specifications & drawings, carry out site surveys - Coordinate externally with suppliers, subcontractors and with internal business units As Project Engineer:- As Project engineer, supervise and manage the site operations of the project - Resolve design related matters in MV and LV scope- Ensure effective completion of the project activities on time, within the budget - Prepare project schedule as per project proposed scope to ensure smooth project management- Kick off meetings and project progress meetings with site staff and client representatives- Adherence to QA/QC processes for proper documentation of all related project activities.- Liaison with the customer, provide technical support and focus on customer satisfaction- Support in invoicing and collection of payments from the customers- Successful handover of the project to customer and getting Job completion certificate
