The objective of the project is planning, design and Implementing End to end GPON infrastructure forBrownfield and Green field networks utilizing the existing QTEL duct network includes demand survey,route planning, design, Field implementation support, Acceptance test and Asbuilt submission.• Review of actual subscribers and types of units (SDU, MDU, commercial) and actual numbersof subscribers for each type of unit (MDU, commercial), for each area being planned.• Planning High Level designs and finalizing feeder boundaries, MMH, SMH Boundaries,Splitter & FDH locations and cable sizes from CO to the FTB.• Planning the Manholes/Hand holes, FDH, Splitters and FTB in the proposed locations• Allocation of the fibers to each feeder from FDH to the central office, Design the Feeder areaand fiber route in the NE Design Assistance• Quality check for High level designs includes validation the main feeder and distribution routes,MMH & SMH Boundaries, Splitter & FDH locations, cable sizes and fiber allocation.• Verifying and validating the low level survey report of individual ducts and Man holes.• Preparing the duct space records(DSR) as per the demand requirement, including duct occupancy manhole capacity, no. of ways and Location.• Preparing IR(Interconnection Request) drawings in AutoCAD as per DSR report.• Preparing RO(Road Opening)drawings in Auto CAD as per IR Drawings.• Preparing BRR(Blockage Removal Request) drawings in Auto CAD as per Clients Requirement.• Preparing As-Built drawings in AutoCAD as per Clients requirements.
