• Development of Site Safety Policy, Procedures and Plan• Conduct Site Safety Audits and Inspections to evaluate compliance with the Site Safety Policy and Procedures.• Participate in Incident Investigation to ascertain Root Cause/s and required corrective / preventive actions.• Participate in Safety Committee Meetings and in other meetings related to safety. • Control of all plant / site related emergencies, providing communication link between Fire, Rescue and Medical Services with Central Control Building.• Training of emergency staff and operation’s personnel on effective communication during emergencies• Planning and conducting fire, medical and rescue drills on regular basis• Conducting H2S / B.A, Confined Space Entry and other HSE Trainings for workers and maintenance contractors
