CurrentI am serving Mobilink in retail Since March 2009.I have served Mobilink at different location Okara,Hasil Pur,Pakpattan.Currently I am managing recharge business worth rupees 75 million,MFS 50 Million and 11000 CDR a month with Three SDS,Two MFS BDO,One MNP BDO , five Franchise Centers and 2800 retailers. As a custodian of territory I report to Regional Sales Head. I am responsible for targeted growth out of assigned area through• Implementation of Company’s Sales Operations Policies. • Forecasting the Sales, Assessing the Trends and then Developing the Action Plan.• Ensuring the profitability of Franchise (ROI).• Expansion of Franchise Network where required.• Developing the routes and strengthening retail coverage• Highlighting areas needing Network coverage, expansion and Maintenance.• Targeted addition in Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers base• Achievement of Primary and Secondary targets of Recharge Sales. • Proper utilization of Sales Budgets for the desired results. • Managing the stock levels at warehouses and market.• Designing the Local Promos at Zonal Level. • True execution of promotional activities• Implementation of retail structure MSFRDE (Managing and Supervising Franchise Retail Distribution Effectiveness).• Increase in Numeric Spread.• Increasing Jazz Load retailers’ base, using EDS (Every Dealer Survey)• Ensuring spread of MFS (Mobile Financial Services) retailers.• Managing Jazz Load Enablers including Service Level, Frequency of Service, Drop Size and the Buffer Stock.• Best possible display of the product in the market• Training the Franchisees and their staff.• Keeping an eye on the competitors activities and taking the counter measures• Preparation and analysis of reports.• Communication and Discussion with senior management regarding market and franchisee’s issues• Close coordination with the depts. like Technical, Finance, C&C, and Distribution etc.
