1.Monitoring & Installing of critical links on Lease Line,VSAT,ISDN and VPN connection to the central site.2.Ensure proper Network operations - 99.99% uptime of all Lease Lines, VSAT VPN and PRI links.3.Ensure 100% uptime for Network Equipments and Infrastructure through Proactive monitoring.4.Escalate outages, recurring outages/ problems to higher authorities in Service Provider for resolution of problems within 15-30 mins. Closing outages within 3 Hrs.5.Part of Network Team, acting as L3 escalation contact, responsible for providing real-time support in troubleshooting any network related issues.6.Managing Tap Servers & configuration across the Network..7.Planning on Routing Architecture: In terms of Hardware deployment, routing redundancy & Policy management8.Maintenance/Expansion of network infrastructure and Capacity planning.9.Uptime of Backbone and Gateway Links.10.Configuration of Backend equipments ( Routers / Switches ) for new Network Services11.Monitoring of Backbone links , Network equipments and Servers through NMS.12.Routing problems on IP backbone – EIGRP
