• To Create the receipt orders (Inbounds) Through Logiwa (MWS).• Shipment order creation (Outbound), orders allocation, order picking, through scanners, Carrier labeling.• To create the SKU with Barcodes.• To Put away the receiving goods into their assigned place.• To handle the all holds items (Damage, refused Etc.)• To create the report shortages / Overages (OS & D Reports)• To manage and maintain up-to-date record of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.• Preparation of Invoices (Billing against each job).• Checking Billed invoices against rate.• To resolve work related problem.• To resolve work related problem.• To establish work schedules and procedures.• Handling customer complaints and inquiries.• To Co-ordinate activities with other departments and review work.• To train workers in duties and policies.• To asst 20 members teams.

• Deal one of the leading furniture showrooms (Anthropologies).• Cycle count for full warehouse and instant count for individual location.• Preparation all invoices in Quick Book (Accounting Software)• Makes credit notes • Made all deliveries orders into system.• Deal all payments through bank & cash.• Deal all issue with client and showroom.

• Corresponds with client’s and agents• Prepare the AWB, HAWB and Bill of Leading • Handle all import and export shipment• Preparation of agents and client’s sale report.• Preparation of Invoices.• Checking Billed invoices against rates.• Preparation of airlines sale reports.• Supervision of cash vouchers, Bank vouchers and cheques.• Preparation of international remittance documents and correspondence banks.• Co-ordination with (KCS) all branches.
