Head of Non Sterile Operations including Solids, Semi Solid, Liquids & Pellets.

•Define the organizational structure & staffing of the Production group of departments.• Direct control & motivate the Production departments;• Ensure availability & optimum utilization of the human & equipment resources, necessary to fulfill production planned to meet the forecasted sales.• Ensure that all manufacturing operations are performed in accordance with cGMP including ensuring that all staffs are properly trained to perform their tasks & undertake their responsibilities.• Set up, review & maintain batch manufacturing instructions, SOPs, & other Production Procedures in accordance with latest techniques & method with coordination of QC / QA departments• Formulate new drug products with coordination of Formulation Development Department.• Control the quality of drug products during production to ensure that they meet standards of potency, purity, uniformity, stability and safety.• Ensure that current practices are in accordance with the written procedures.• Ensure the implementation of health, safety & other legal requirements.• Remain aware of all relevant legal developments & ensure implementation as appropriate.• Ensure departmental costs remain within approved budget limits. • Monitor & control standard process time & yield by minimizing wastages/ losses. • Approval of investigation reports and deviation management.

- Perform IR testing, Absorption Testing, swab testing, solution preparation as a Trainee Analyst in the Quality Control.- Perform Sampling, Physicat Testing in IPC & inspection in different Production Operation as a Trainee QCI in the Quality Assurance.
