After completion of my study from University of Dhaka where i acquired LLB (Hons) and LLM (1st class) with special concentration in international business transactions, comparative family laws and international trade laws of WTO, i started to act as a lawyer in dhaka judge court. After that i joined DFDL, a leading corporate law firm in bangladesh as legal associate and researcher as well. My work area in DFDL included legal research, delivering opinion, vetting documents, conducting due diligence report, meetings with different regulators etc. I developed special knowledge on laws relating to companies and firms, banks and NBFIs and their controlling mechanisms. Later on after leaving there, i joined Southeast University as a lecturer in law where i have been working around 2 years. Since i developed myself as a corporate lawyer which i always cherished the dream in myself, in addition to teaching i still continue as a lawyer. In the university as faculty i also continue to teach subjects like international trade law, mercantile law, trade law of WTO here. Furthermore, since i developed my knowledge and expertise in family laws during my graduate level, i also go comfortably here with family law e.g. Hindu law. I enrolled myself with Bangladesh Bar Council and registered as an Advocate. I have my membership with professional bodies like Dhaka Bar Association, and Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. To mention here that i completed my secondary and higher secondary school level from a renowned educational alma mater Barisal Cadet College where i both stood first from humanities group. That is a brief description about me.
