In this USAID funded $25million ‘Feed the Future’ intervention following were major responsibilities and achievement:• Introduced duplex monitoring system to monitor market system approach of development projects• Lead ‘systemic change occurring in complex market system detection part’ of the project • Developed different methods for tracking results of MSD approach • Developed ToC for complex MSD approach activity• Assisted in developing M&E plan, construction and selection of indicators• Designed survey instruments including sampling methods, methodology and produce research reports• Built capacity of project monitoring staffs including implementing partner staffs and technical people regarding data collection process, tools and data quality• Provided technical support through visualizing patterns, trends, and changes in geographical maps using to M&E and management• Integrated GIS in all types of data for ensuring data validity• Developed resource map which relates inclusive market systems approach based aquaculture productivity, value chains, and other market players• Provided support to management on making informed decisions based on geospatial analysis and tools• Incorporated GIS data collection, analysis, and methods in the annual work plan and MEL Plan and support their execution

In this USAID funded $25million ‘Feed the Future’ intervention following were major responsibilities and achievement:Develop M&E Plan, Data Management System and Data quality Assurance system; ensure quantitative and qualitative data collection on timely manner, data quality assurance; provide technical support in data collection with partner staffs; assist developing livelihood monitoring protocol to facilitate overall project impact; assessment based various qualitative and quantitative indicators; undertake visitations to partner organizations/depots and support staff involved in implementation of field activities; develop different data collection tools; processing data obtained from different sources, analyze statistically and provide support to prepare project reports as required by the project management; supervising the work of the Data Analyst and provide Technical guidance to Technical Specialist; maintaining liaison with the different project stakeholders including M&E team; prepare ToR for hiring third party to conduct different study; negotiating with third party provide technical support the procurement unit to finalize contract; conducting FGD, KII; quarterly performance monitoring, impact survey, writing case studies and different periodical reporting e.g. monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; prepare monthly presentation for senior staff meetings for informed management decision; prepare monthly report and compile all hub reports; writing narrative annual reports; supervise Data Analyst to prepare FtFMS report and finalize with appropriate documentation; integrate GIS with M&E system which ensure visible credibility of project activity; Geo spatial analysis for management decision and project approach e.g. cluster method for value chain operation; collaboration with communication unit to disseminate important information among the stakeholders.

In this USAID funded $12 million ‘Feed the Future’ intervention following were major responsibilities and achievement:Develop M&E system for the Project through involving all levels of stakeholders; assist to conduct Baseline Survey, Impact Study, Data quality Assessment, Technology Adoption Survey and other study as required; assist the project team & partners to carry out MRM system with quality and timely manner to ensure effective agriculture value chain; develop different data collection tools; manage different business database of different level of LSPs in agriculture value chain; recruit 10 data processors and 10 members’ data collection team and supervise them; train up field level staffs on M&E; develop online data management system; ensure appropriate documentation of project implementation process, research data archiving, and contribute to periodic evaluation of progress and the drawing of lessons learnt, case studies; assist in finalizing performance reference sheet, questions, key indicators and SMART targets for each intervention; assist in developing assessment tools to measure the impact and result at different level like activity, outputs, outcomes, purpose and goal of each intervention of the project; ; integrate GIS with M&E system which ensure visible credibility of project activity.

In this USAID funded $25million ‘Feed the Future’ intervention following were major responsibilities and achievement:60% Research and 40% Data Management; design and develop databases for different beneficiaries e.g. Farmers, Nursery, Hatcheries, Small Traders etc; preparing monitoring tools e.g. questionnaire, guideline for data collection, dashboards, scrapbooks etc; data analysis for quarterly and annual reports; prepare ToR for hiring third parties to conduct different studies; prepare data management protocol, survey and research protocol; offline and online documentation; supervise 10 data processors team; train up field level M&E and Field Facilitators on data management system; manage data bases and analyze data gathered; graphical and tabulated presentation of data to take management decision; process data, keep an up to date record of status of data; prepare databases, data entry application, software documentation; train up data enumerators, data processors and ensure data quality following USAID DQA guideline; organizing and maintaining records, database, and providing general information flow within the department.

Under the research program of the organization following were major responsibilities and achievement:Prepare Annual Plan, Work Calendar for Department; annual Budget, Annual Reporting; Select research problems; Prepare research proposal, Research Designing, Planning & Budget; developing relationships with policymakers, GoB and Donor with research findings; Manage research data base and analyze data gathered, process data, keep an up to date record of status of data; provide general support for Data enumerator; keep necessary communication with Researcher and Field Facilitator located in the working areas; presentation of data, table, graph etc. as part of report preparation; prepare reports, assist project staff to organize, tabulate and analyze data; organized and maintained records, database, and ensure general information flow within the department; recruit 6 research assistant for the department; supervise their works and provide feedback; annual appraisal report of staffs.

Under the research program of the organization following were major responsibilities and achievement:Preparing M&E Plan for different programs implemented by the organization; ensure the proper implementation of the M&E plan; ensure data collection, management and reporting in timely manner; baseline, end line and performance survey; train up project people on the M&E system; design and develop Data Management System; present data, table, graph etc. as a part of report preparation; prepare reports, assist project staff to organize, tabulate and analyze data; organize and maintain records, database, and providing general information flow within the department.
