Role :-Responsible for providing on or off-site corrective or preventative maintenance and offering after-sales technical support solutions once the product has been sold.Key Responsibilities :-Responding to customer call-outs.Evaluating and resolving post sales problems.Assisting with the installation of equipment.Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment.Maintaining product manuals.Providing customers with regular service reports.Making recommendations to maintenance technicians.Providing training and producing support.Measures of Performance:Reducing overall turnaround time in responding to the customers and solving their queryCustomer SatisfactionDeveloping and growing long-term relationships with customers.
