I have substantial experience of working in humanitarian and development sectors from more than ten years, while working as Country Representative with Diakonie Katastrpophenhilfe, I am responsible to the management of ongoing programmes, fund raising, liaison with local partners, DKH Regional Office & HQ, International Donors, German Embassy in Pakistan and Government Counterparts. I was also engaged in strategic planning and implementation of diverse programme (Emergency Response, Agriculture and food security, Disaster Risk Reduction, Livelihood and Climate Change. I am responsible to represent DKH in various forums (nationally & Internationally). Apart from this, I worked with Norwegian Church Aid, Oxfam GB, Coffey International and International Organization for Migration (IOM).I have interdisciplinary educational background, currently I am in process to complete my PhD in International Relations, beside that I hold postgraduate degree in International Development Studies (secured GPA 3.7/4) which skilled me to understand community development models and framework. I hold master degree in International Relations (Secured GPA 3.9/4) which broadened my skills in representation, communications and dealing with stakeholders in appropriate way.
