Advising International clients in respect of tax implications arising due to their activities in Pakistan including assessing Permanent Establishment exposure, remittance considering the Provisions of Double Taxation Treaties between Pakistan and other countries.Supervising the team assisting clients in preparing the income tax and sales tax returns, filing of annual and monthly tax withholding statements and providing tax advisory related to business transactions of the company for effective tax planning.Providing ongoing advisory services to clients regarding compliance with Corporate Laws & Secretarial Practices and issues pertaining Foreign Exchange Regulations.Conducting Tax Due Diligence assignments and providing tax advisory in respect of Acquisitions & Mergers, Restructuring and Tax Incentives.Representing the clients before the assessing officer, Appellate Forums and coordinating with the Legal Counsel for filing appeals before Courts of Law.Representing the clients before Federal and provincial tax authorities to obtain clarifications regarding contentious issues.
