• IPA preparation & summation follow up for payments with the client / consultant.• Certification of subcontract works and issuance of Payment Certificates• Responsible for preparation of details of follow up works and getting approval from consultant.• Variation Preparation & BOQ Review.• Preparation of working drawings for Structures Bar Bending Schedule• Preparation of estimate & Quantity take-off.• Prepare Subcontracts evaluation statement and contractual claims • Calculating quantity for bill & cross check of measurement sheet provided by site engineer.• Material reconciliation & Material scheduling• Preparing work programme for execution of work.• Studding Typical Drawing and preparing data for site work.• Preparing & Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Report.• Horizontal and Vertical Curves Calculations. • Calculating centerline co-ordinate and curve co-ordinates.• Calculation of toe edges for Embankment and Earthwork excavations.Additional ResponsibilitiesTo Plan and design National/International standard Infrastructure facilities in the Real estate and Contractual Developmental projects being undertaken by the company. • Carry out design of horizontal alignment of the roads, and the profiles thereof. • Prepare drawings of cross sections, layouts, profiles and setting out details.• Pavement design and drawings for internal roads and parking areas.• Road Marking, Signage, road furniture.• Design of pedestrian pathways, pedestrian ramps, vehicular ramps and other incidental services.• Prepare BOQ and tentative cost estimate for the road works.• Carry out occasional site visits during construction in order to clarify drawings and resolve construction issues related to roads.• Monitor and ensure implementation of the infrastructure works at various sites as per approved schedule, cost and quality.

• Preparation of detailed Quantity estimates as per work executed.• Preparation of RA bills and submission of the same to the Client and Consultant.• Co-ordination with the Consultant and the Govt. agencies for approval of bills.• Preparation of detailed drawings of all the entities in the Highway project.• Preparation of As – Built drawings.• Preparation of escalation bills, variation orders, etc.• Certification of subcontract works and issuance of Payment Certificates• Track project costs to contract closeout• Prepare Subcontracts evaluation statement and contractual claims.• Preparing Physical & Financial progress cash flow statements (in flow & out flow)• Preparing & certifying supplier bills, Material consumption & Reconciliation.• Modifying survey data in case any modifications.

• Providing software training on Estimation of Earthworks, Pavement, Survey data processing, etc.• Assisting with Presales proposals, tender responses and demonstration of software to prospective customers. • Working on pilot projects to implement software's in Billing and estimation of Highway projects for clients.• Managing the business development planning process in targeting key accounts, restructuring at Infycons, generate responses to bids for RFP"s/EOI’s under various government and semi government bodies, etc.• Effectively manage and consult in both large and small international; National and regional construction and service oriented organizations; contract development and negotiation, business and ethical policies, customer service, distributor network development and governmental relations.• Comprehensive experience in needs assessment, problem identification/resolution, databases, operating systems and computer hardware.
