Responsibilities include: - greeting and welcoming spectators across various hospitality lounges at Anfield during Liverpool Football Club match days.- Maintaining order in terms of directions and lounge capacities through checking tickets as well as bags for safety. - Greeting players and players families as well as guests. - Ensuring order during busy periods within hospitality lounges including initial entry/ingress, as well as re-entry from seating bowl during half time and Full time + egress.

Main responsibilities included:- Being the primary and final point of contact for all spectators.- Welcoming/Directing spectators at gates during ingress - Checking and Scanning Tickets during ingress and egress - Manning information points to answer and deal with a wide variety of queries regarding the Wimbledon grounds or issues of spectators.- Providing a visible presence in order to assist with any spectator queries or issues including within show courts.

- Pre Games - Ensuring volunteer attendance throughout the games as well as to training days. This included rostering volunteers onto shifts using 'Rosterfy" software as well as calling and emailing to encourage volunteers to attend as many shifts as possible. On top of this I dealt with any queries from Volunteers ranging from transport issues to changing shift requests.- During Games - As a Deployment Supervisor one of my key roles was helping out with the Deployment of volunteers for the Events Services team at Alexander Stadium. This involved assigning between 150-250 volunteers per shift to different areas of the stadium based on post prioritisation. Once Deployment was complete it was my responsibility to carry out welfare checks on volunteers ensuring they had their breaks and if not facilitating that. As well as this I assisted key areas that needed help during peak egress e.g crowd control, wayfinding or organising wheelchairs to ensure all users found their way out of the stadium in good time.- During Games - Due to a reshuffle I was trusted with the responsibility of being an Event Control Room Loggist on half of my shifts during the games. This involved manning and listening to 4 separate busy radio channels throughout a session and ensuring that all major incidents were noted and actioned. This involved me acting as Event Control at times and thus being the point of call for any medical or cleaning emergencies which I had to then action as soon as possible.
