District Program PartnersGdi Partners May 2022 - Feb 2024Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, IndiaUnder the flagship ‘Aspirational Districts Program’, NITI Aayog is launching a pilot of outcome-funding based Ed Tech program across 4 districts of UP during the phase I of the program. With a reach of ~100K students across these 4 aspirational districts, NITI Aayog will support the district administrations to onboard Service Providers (SPs) to execute a Personalised Adaptive Learning (PAL) ed-tech intervention in ~70 schools in each district for grades 3 to 8 in subjects Maths and Hindi and for grades 6 to 8 in Science. The program has 2 major objectives: Improve learning levels of children Increasing accountability of Service Providers through outcomes-linked payment mechanismDPPs are additional district level support provided to the district by the Central PMU to ensure effective implementation of this program.
