• Responsible to Assist the BDRP Project Manager and communities in the planning, implementation and monitoring of key project activities of the project in close coordination with different stakeholders and service providers. • To Lead the project team in the innovation and introduction of disaster resilient livelihood strategies. • To Support local community structures to identify skill based, low cost and environmentally friendly livelihood strategies, entrepreneurship opportunities and other possible interventions to enhance the resilience capacity of poor and vulnerable communities.• To Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans for the effective execution of project activities related to livelihood approaches to disaster resilience as stipulated in the BDRP project document • To manage resources and skills particularly of the poor and vulnerable, and institutional strengthening to increase the resilience of the target communities to different hazards and disasters.• To Manage and mobilize the available resources within the available time limit for maximum results • To Ensure the effective and timely implementation of the planned and approved activities and strategies for the target communities• To Assist the Project Manager, project staff to prepare monitoring plans and regularly monitor and review the technical and financial standards and efficiency of field activities to produce the expected outputs.• Assist the Project Manager to establish close coordination and cooperation with district line agencies and authorities, and between communities, project beneficiaries and other stakeholders for the effective delivery of project activities and policy influence at local level• To Identify, prioritize and support communities to implement potential livelihood strategies that are less sensitive to existing and potential hazards and more resilient to disasters.

• Responsible for the day to day coordination and efficient operation of the project with improvement and reporting of matters to managers, SEMC and on the approval of SEMC Management sharing to PITB focal person.• Assist Manager in developing a detailed project plan, project SOPs and will be responsible for coming up with a solution to any problem that arise.• Manager day to day affairs of team and will be responsible for monitoring of Team, activities and all work related to the project.• Assist Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports as per the requirements of SEMC and PITB.• Assist Manager in establishing strategies to improve the access and quality of the hospital services.• Assist Manager to communicate Schedule, program assumptions and constraints to users/departments.• Resolution of any issue arising during the execution of the project at the facility level.• Coordinate with team and SEMC management.• Conduct gap assessment and ensure the implementation of productive methodologies to fill gap.• Carry out any other duties as assign or required.

• Develop Farmers training material considering the need of local area agriculture farmers.• Assessment of training needs when needed.• Prepare training calendar for the Campaign.• Prepare implementation guidelines of training.• Plan and implement the quality trainings.• Ensure the participation of the trainees till the end of the training.• Monitor and evaluate performance of the trainees and undertake necessary measures for their improvement.• Adopt and ensure the field demonstration practices during the training.• Provide guidance/support to the Trainers in planning and conducting basic training.• Participate in different coordination meetings (District level).• Regularly monitor all the trainings under the Campaign and evaluate quality of the training.• Collect and analyze training reports and provide necessary feedback to the concerned.• Capture lessons learned, success stories on the Farmers trainings, their effectiveness and results; and disseminate.• Prepare field visit report & training reports.• Develop and establish better linkages and collaboration with agriculture departments for getting useful scientific information, inputs and technologies.
