Currently working on providing light weight Structural hybrid solutions by combining Reinforced Polyamide & Structural foam to improve global modes of BIW. Developing Structural Inserts from Concept to DFM using various Optimization techniques like Topology, Topometry and Thickness to achieve the best performance to weight ratio. Worked on improving the performance of BIW & TBIW Global modes and giving feasible design suggestions. Hands on experience on performing physical Modal testing & correlating FEA results with test. Have good experience of performing and understanding different NVH analysis like Modal, FRF, VTF & NTF in BIW and TBIW. Have good understanding of Synthesis & Operational NVH diagnostic techniques like Modal, Grid & Panel Participation. Have good experience in performing Squeak & Rattle simulations for sub-assemblies like Door and Sunroof, finding root cause and providing counter measures.
