* Handling team of 52 store promoters * Handling modern trade, general trade & brandshop. * Target setting of 52 promoters in every month * Daily tgt vs ach reports shared with store promoters * Follow up for store promoters daily sellout achievement * Store promoter weekly target given & follow up for the ach * monthly review meeting of store promoter * Store wise growth & degrowth reports discuss with store promoters * Finance scheme's & offer communications * Daily attendance of store promoters * New joining, resignation, pf, maternity leave & medical process * Premium product sellout follow up * Sku's display reporting of store promoters in mobile application every week * Competition promoter count & sales data reporting * Everyday sales punching follow up in mobile application * Maintain display share & counter share report for the month * Low performance store promoters to take necessary action (transfer or resign) * Top store's sales reporting to head quarter in ERP system for monthly sales LG vs competition * Monthly traveling & other reimbursement of associates. * Store promoter claims for child benefits, maternity & education. * Store MOT, branding, logo's & display reporting.
