1. Performing Vulnerability scans and protecting the environment from various Cyberattacks. 2. Identifying and analyzing the loopholes in the environment by running vulnerability scans and intimating the technology teams for the remediation action plan. 3. Created the tool based Exception process for numerous vulnerabilities in order to avoid manual exception checks which reduced upto 30% of manual efforts. 3. Performing public facing VA scans in order to identify the vulnerabilities associated with external facing devices of the Card Data Environment (CDE) on the network. 4. Performing PCI Compliance scans and getting it reviewed & attested by Qualys vendor which signifies that 100% Compliance has been achieved. 5. Performed Adhoc Vulnerability Scan request for newly build servers, in order to get the clear report before the server goes live. 6. Created different Option Profiles which scans around 1900 standard TCP ports and 180 standard UDP ports for determining effective vulnerability report. 7. Worked with Qualys vendor to fix multiple false positive requests reported after performing Qualys VM scans. 8. Worked with the Threat Intelligence team by raising Work Orders to various technology teams intimating them regarding the different security releases. 9. Incident Management (Ticket assigning, follow up for closure, trend analysis, Age analysis, L1 & L2 investigation, finding Root Cause Analysis (RCA), validation of fixes, incident closure.)
