Participation in Risk management, constructability, and lesson learned workshops and evaluating the deliverables for compliance. Ensuring effective communication across all level of projects. Regularly providing clear reports to the senior management.Involved in the settlement of claims about project changes with respect to Contract schedules and project scope. Preparation and reviews of cost estimates, schedule and planning documentations.Performing the project quality related activities, and maintaining the project quality index (PQI). Actively involved in project site safety, hazard & job safety analysis, workplace safety and ensuring to meet the project safety index (PSI) targets.
