- Handle multiple turnkey projects for oil to gas conversions in the New York area.- Maintain project budget, track expenditures, and money management. - Prepare engineered scope of work, perform and document technical reviews, and coordinate filings with gas utilities for calculation of natural gas for specific buildings. - Create purchase orders using SAP for each project and communicate with Procurement to stay on top of each order. -Interact with Engineers, Con Edison, National Grid, and various contractors/subcontractors on daily basis to ensure project designs and deliverables are completed on time. - Manage contractors/subcontractors and tasks completion through project lifecycle.- Manage to keep good relationship with clients and have the ability to deliver on time as promised.- Travel to residential/commercial buildings for project kick-off meetings with clients, inspections, bid walk-through, and gas start-ups. - Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution including design package development, bid solicitation, contractor selection, contract review, on-site construction, utility connection, invoice approval, schedule monitoring, work order, and customer hand-off.- Maintain background knowledge of boilers, burners, boosters, piping, and oil tanks.- Calculate gas flow and comprehend specs and plans of residential buildings/hotels. - Understanding knowledge of permits/filings and NYC DOB.- Survey HVAC systems and review engineering drawings.- Survey interior and exterior lighting and plumbing fixtures for energy audits.- Handle energy efficient lighting projects in the New York area.- Review and develop policies and procedures to improve the boiler conversion and energy efficiency processes.

Design furnaces/ovens for industrial use. - Design and create detailed manufacturing drawings of components and assemblies.- Prepare and generate ECN's and BOM's for new and existing furnaces. - Design and develop new products from concept through production using ACAD/Solidworks. - Interact with vendors, Sales and Production teams when needed to ensure that goals are met, and deliveries are on schedule.- Assist sales in generating proposal drawings and cost estimates for new application.- Design and create atmosphere and water flow diagrams for furnaces.- Directs all associated engineering resources in preparation of products and system layouts.

- Prepare project scope and budget. - Calculate structural design of Scrubbers and communicate with other engineers to provide the best for customer needs. - Provide support during installation and start-up of projects, ensuring engineering and design efforts were complete in accordance with project scope, schedule, and costs. -Travel to various Metal/FRP shops to inspect the Scrubber is being built per its design. - Develop RFQs for various projects. - Contact with FRP, filament wound, and hand lay-up at fabrication shops - Create, manage, and interpret all technical drawings using AutoCAD and estimate material quantities required. - Travel to client's plant/on-site for startup supervision. - Thrive to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Associating with R & D engineering on designsProficient in using AutoCAD and AutoDesk Inventor. Basic knowledge in using ProEngineer and Solidworks Well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Adobe Professional. Exposure to MYOB/AccountEdge. Exposure to Manufacturing Process. Knowledge of Utility and Process Piping Systems and P&ID's/BOM's. Familiarity with fans, pumps, valves, fittings, and in line components. Familiarity with chemical/mechanical instruments. Familiarity with Control Panels/PLC. Knowledge of basic engineering fundamentals such as thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and machine design. Knowledge of CLC-MRP to manage inventory bill of materials and manufacturing
