Current● Lead forecasting for all development-stage programs (In-house & In-licensed Innovative Products and Digital therapeutic solutions)● Lead commercial evaluation and validation of innovative product proposals with an in-depth understanding of market opportunity, market dynamics, and competitors● Accountable for establishing potential Target Product Profiles (TPPs) for different therapy areas with therapy area experts to R&D teams to develop products of commercial interest across markets● Develop and direct market research planning and operating procedures; Evaluate, select, and manage market research vendors to cost-effectively execute research programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy● Experience in integrating multiple data sets to derive insights, and monitor market trends to support the identification of high-potential products or impact on existing portfolio products● Lead and support the valuation of potential in-licensing products through business development opportunities● Accountable for providing the commercial thesis with all financial metrics like NPV/IRR for new proposals and presenting in New Product Review Executives meetings for approval to induct into a portfolio● Collaborate with a broad set of business counterparts (including R&D, IP, Regulatory, Finance, and BD teams) to align and develop forecasts across product development stages● Portfolio Prioritization - Identify key products or groups of products based on the commercial metrics toward developing a focused approach● Accountable for evaluating a strategic marketing plan to maximize the revenue potential of portfolio assets across the markets. Lead the consolidation & implementation of strategic plan (both short and long-term) in alignment with business goals● Identify untapped opportunities, and execute high-quality business analytics and commercial evaluation projects that aid in building a healthy, innovative portfolio across the therapy areas and markets
