Responsibilities as SCADA Tech:• The key responsibility of maintaining SCADA system for PNU APM project.• Maintenance of Servers and their respective workstations in Operations Central Control (OCC).• Responsible for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of SCADA system during operation time.• Maintain all SCADA related servers and in the case of any issue, restoring it to its specified condition• Carrying out Corrective maintenance work and responding to equipment faults• Sheduled Preventive maintainance of SCADA equipment at depot and 14 other stations.• Continuously monitoring of SCADA infrastructures to ensure its communication with remote devices like PLC and weather stations.Responsibilities as TLC Tech: • Responsible for maintenance of Telecommunication equipment’s that includes TETRA Radio, ETEL Astro manager, Public Address and public information system.• Carryout daily maintenance activity in Train onboard communication System.• Configuration and troubleshooting of ECP (Emergency call point) and PID (Public information Display)• Servers maintenance related to TLC and check logs for any errors.• Maintenance of TLC equipment at depot and 14 other stations.

Responsibilities: • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.• Network traffic monitoring using Cacti Software.• Client management and provide initial troubleshooting to end users • Locate the fault location and resolve problems remotely utilizing available tools and other Operation Center resources• Supervise help desk technicians to solve network issues.• Optical Fiber installation, Splicing, Testing & termination & ODF to ODF installation of SMF & MMF.• UTP & STP cable lying and termination mostly for computer networking (straight connection, cross connection, console connection & roll over connection)• End to end testing of fiber optic cable links using OTDR (JDSU MTS-6000)• Testing and Splicing of Optical Fiber Cable Through Straight joints, T-joints and Terminal jointsHands on experience on the following Equipment• FUJIKURA 80 S Splicing Machine• Clever CT 30• JDSU MTS-6000 OTDR• Power meter King Fisher• Source meter King Fisher

General Responsibility:• Optimization, modification of PLC software, hardware and SCADA/HMI• Fault detection and diagnostic of DCS/PLC• Installation, setting and troubleshooting of Digital inverters (AC Drives) • Control Panel designing with Relay logic & digital controllers for different industrial applications• Perform responsibilities of analyzing complex engineering problems and offer solutions for the same.• Responsible for trouble free operation of all Electrical equipment• Installation, Testing, and calibration of field instruments and devices• Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults• Installation of new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly• Liaising with other departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues• Optimization of electricity usage and Production planning & efficiency• Look for improvements, simplification & standardization of Electrical instrumentation• Prepare the daily operation reports and monthly reports, electricity Bill and load Calculation for efficiency checkout• Maintaining inventory, Backup equipment, maintenance tools • Project Planning / Scheduling• Quality Control & Supply Chain Management• To utilize the company assets in the best favor of the company.
