As the Human Resources and Administration Manager, the Accountant, and the Finance Manager at Firelec Electromechanical LLC, I wear multiple hats and handle diverse responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism. I have been working at Firelec since May 2023, and I have contributed to the growth and success of the company in various ways.I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, Taxation and Financial Management and I have seven years of experience in Tally ERP 9, Sage 50UK, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook. I manage the payroll, taxation, auditing, budgeting, and financial reporting of the company, as well as the recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations. I also oversee the administration and maintenance of the office premises, equipment, and supplies. I am proficient in using different software and tools to streamline and optimize the workflows and processes of the company. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to learn and grow, and I value teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
