Project 1: Audi Brussels - Supply Chain Officer (08/2023 - 12/2024)- Follow-up and processing of upcoming problems with parts (escalation tool, Prio list, fehlbeleg). - Follow-up and processing of information from list "weekly changes" in the logistics systems (BMA, VEMA).- In consultation with the colleagues "Engpass", have urgent deliveries discharged and follow up status.- Creation of the daily problem sheet, in preparation for the daily Performance meeting.- Starting of stock controls both on the production lines and in the warehouses (both at the request of Inbound colleagues, and for other reasons). And process the results of this in the database.- Printing new address label if necessary.

Key responsabilities:- Purchase finished goods and spares/supplies from internal and external suppliers.- Analyze spare parts forecast and replenishment needs; analyze/adjust the forecast received from the European Central Team on monthly basis. Define weekly order list based on the last 12-month consumption.- Optimize, adjust and replenish the Field Service Engineers inventory used for service purposes.- Supply necessary order information for Sales, Sales Support, Service Centre, Warehouse and Finance (approval to invoicing); this includes requesting item information (such as price changes and delivery times) from suppliers.- Manage spare parts warranty process; physical & administrative handling.- Manage spare parts & repair orders from customer request to invoicing (physical, sales & administrative handling). Monitoring/coordinating the entire order flow on the basis of the agreements made with the customer.- Manage logistic activities (customers and suppliers); responsible to manage all IN/OUT shipments between Glory offices in BeNeLux and our European Repair Centers in Spain and Portugal.Processing, planning and administrative registration of deliveries, installations, dismantling, removals, etc.- Manage back orders, open order and good/bad parts return reports.- Hardware & Software upgrades; Ensure the correct items are available in our ERP (e.g. MDM requests for bulk creation) and keep it clean and up to date.- Maintain the database for the Service Labs located in the BeNeLux.
