Supervise overall operations of the Organization includes Technical Support, Research & Development, Data Processing, Sales & Marketing.

- Manage and maintain IT Operations, Infrastructure, Projects, Application and Help desk Support.- Install and configure various servers based on MS Windows 2003 for different applications (CRM, Transmission Systems, Proxy Server, etc.).- Responsible for all Advertisements and Content Operations on around 52 in-house cable TV (CATV) Channels in 6 cities of Pakistan - Manage team of 46 personnel in 6 cities.- Manage, monitor and maintain windows based 60+ transmission systems from centralized location. - Plan, execute & supervise all IT related projects.- Monitor and manage all services from centralized location.- Task assignment and distribution of responsibilities to team members for faster execution and task completion.- To comply with the decisions and ideas of management by understanding the business needs and requirements in order to provide a concept of true organizational development.- Formulate and implement Standard Operating Procedures for department’s efficient performance.- Prepare and submit reports quarterly / on demand to management, related to projects and operations.

- Start the project from scratch. - Install & configure entire infrastructure, completely isolated LAN & WAN.- Deploy domain controller (PDC & ADC) with Microsoft Windows 2003 Enterprise Server on HP Proliant ML370 Generation 4 Server.- Install and configure HP Compaq t5300 Thin Clients with Microsoft Terminal Services.- Deploy IVS & DSL for Internet Connectivity.- Deploy P2P RF (Radio Frequency) from our office to GSM operator.- Install and configure WiFi zone for Management.- Deploy Call Center on Siemens HiPath ProCenter.- Deploy print servers for various departments.- Deploy attendance system by using Siemens Tafseel & Galaxy Attendance System.- Managing and maintaining the entire network.
