• Thoroughly examining architectural and structural drawings to understand project scope and requirements.• Overseeing construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural framing, and finishing works.• Ensuring adherence to quality standards, building codes, and project specifications.• Procuring construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, blocks) in a timely and cost-effective manner.• Managing labor, equipment, and other resources to optimize project efficiency.• Tracking project progress against the project schedule and identifying potential delays or issues.• Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to minimize their impact on the project.• Overseeing concrete mix design, quality control, and curing processes.• Inspecting steel fabrication and erection processes to ensure compliance with design specifications.• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical) to ensure seamless integration of systems.• Implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.• Communicating with the client to address their concerns and expectations. etc.

Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;Studying the specification and scope of works.Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications;Studying and Preparing Bar Bending Schedule as per Approved DrawingsPrepare and analysis of day work schedules.Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.Handle full projects under the construction manager and project manager.Co –ordinate with plant while at the time of casting slab.Seeing the materials status and raising the Materials Request.Prepare all site concrete cube test requests and other material test.Monitor Post tension work with the team of PT sub-contractor.Checking the safety of the worker in site with proper access and housekeeping and safety nets and catch netsLeading the project team for safe and speedy completion of work.Preparing bills of Subcontractors and certify it.
