I am a person who realizes the importance of communication, having spent many years in customer facing and technical roles I am to able bridge the gap for those who do not always know all their bits from their bytes. Whether its Hosted Desktop, Cloud, Telecoms or Development, understanding and knowing what’s important to my client and their business is my core role.I continue to further my knowledge in the IT field and am in the process of learning PHP scripting language, I believe it is important to learn something new every day, after all knowledge is power.Outside of work I am a qualified gym instructor and a firm believer in healthy body, healthy mind, I continue to work towards my Level 3 Personal Training certification.Having volunteered at a local football club coaching Under 11s I attained my FA Level 1 coaching badge, by passing on my knowledge to others I feel they can also benefit from all I have achieved.
