This requires the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams of Audit Seniors and Associates in the effective planning, delivery and finalisation of statutory audits to time critical deadlines. I also provide advice and consultancy to clients on the enhancement of internal controls, accounting and compliance while also managing audit processes in its entirety which is governed by the International Standards on Auditing (ISA).I assist clients in their compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax laws including but not limited to VAT, Income Tax, Payroll taxes, Withholding taxes and Corporation taxes.I have been successful in spearheading the development of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and significantly growing its client base through creating and delivering training to eight audit juniors; enabling progression to associate and senior level roles and proactively enhancing audit performance in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, including the incorporation of a customer-centric service quality approach I discharge additional roles in areas of branding compliance and business development activities.

As Audit Senior, I was responsible for the planning and coordination of statutory audits for both SME and large-scale companies across a range of business sectors. I also completed accounting and financial management duties, including the completion of tax computations.I Worked closely with clients on the resolution of daily and complex accounting, compliance and finance related issues; enabling significant improvement in financial management and control.
