My role involved within the trust to finish off the remaining areas for win7 roll out project. This includes deployment of new hardware, installation of required applications. I have to liaise with 3rd party and arrange support from them to complete my task. I have to take own initiative not only to make sure to meet the deadline but also completion of task without any issues. After successfully completion of the project my role is to support end users, this includes various tasks e.g. Deployment of new hardware via Service requests, installation of new software's, troubleshooting, DHCP IP/TCP, Server's, Printers issues, Print Server's and other related issues. Liaising with other teams to find the solution of existing issues. My role other responsibilities includes liaising with third parties regarding stock and repairing purposes.

My role involves rolling out upgraded windows 7 desktops, laptops and mobile devices. Imaging PC and laptops also involves in Auditing IT equipment floor walking. Installing required applications and fixing complex issue with Pc's. Using skills in Active Directory, SCCM LANDesk, Safeguard, Sophos, windows XP andWindows 7 skills applied and achieved, also Diagnosing and resolving issues with Dell, HP hardware. Job title is IT Engineer (Audit). This role involves Auditing of all the IT equipment in the Stafford and Cannock Chase Hospital. More than 5500 devices (this includes PC’s Monitors, Scanners, iPads, Fax, Printers and Servers) documented in Assyst Enterprise ver 9. Updating existing and adding new equipment in Assyst within the Hospital. Also supporting NHS users within the Trust. The Trust has around 3000 users who access different clinical and administrative applications from more than 5500 different devices. Troubleshoot a wide range of complex PC and network problems, clinical system application in addition to repairing Pc’s and printers. Imaging PC’s applying security and windows Update. Remote Assistance via DameWare.
