A multi-strategy financial firm specializing in alternative investments.Worked on a project for the QA department performing testing and debugging on over 100 Perl and C++ market data and transaction/positions applications. Created a framework in OO Perl to automate the regression and performance testing of these applications to achieve efficiency.Standardized the testing procedures and acceptance criteria for the applications.Liaison between offshore developers who were upgrading the applications and the original in-house developers to ensure applications pass regression tests and meet performance benchmarks prior to submission to client.Created a module in OO Perl to automate the testing of a distributed positions/transactions application for Fixed Income business written in Java.
