Fleet and Operations – Managed the mobilization of a vehicle fleet capacity of nearly 150 vehicles tailored to meet the diverse requirements of the FIFA World Cup 2022 project. Procure vehicles that were in optimal condition, met safety standards, fulfilled the necessary specifications best suited our needs, favorable terms for maintenance support, and manpower supply to maximize utilization. Implementation of company fleet policies that aligned with local traffic laws and regulations to ensured the user adhered to safety guidelines and minimized the risk of damage excess and traffic violations during the mobilization cycle.Transportation – In charge of overseeing schedule planning and coordinating transportation services for the onboarding and offboarding of the project workforce. Working with a small, dedicated team, we were able to achieve effective and efficient transportation services within the designated deadlines for the World Cup and the Corniche FIFA fan festival projects.Telecommunication and Technical Support – Implementation of activation and termination of telecommunication and broadband services with local service providers to ensure the timely setup of communication infrastructure at various project sites. Installation and setup of IT equipment with vendors, and equipment inventory, ensuring all necessary setup is installed and configured according to project requirements to enable smooth workflow communication and data transmission.Procurement –By capitalizing on strong relationships and connections with local suppliers to negotiate favorable rates, packages, terms, conditions, and agreements for telecommunications services, IT equipment supplies, and vehicle suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions that aligned with the project budget and needs.

Fleet Optimization –Brought on board new corporate clients for both long-term and short-term leasing businesses. Expanding the customer base to maximize the utilization of the existing fleet and increase overall fleet capacity. Providing the necessary support and resources to the operations team to implement strategies to meet delivery deadlines.

Fleet and Operations – To enhance operational capabilities and delivery services to optimize efficiencies to maximize the fleet utilization of the 1200 vehicles available for fleet rental and leasing. Short Term/Long Term Rental –Taking bookings and explaining the terms of rental. completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments. Checklist of any bumps, or scratches. Explain about special features. checking mileage and inspecting for damage when vehicles are returned.

Store Management –Processed orders, and returns and coordinated activities with retail outlet Carrefour through the order and return completion with the product availability in the store and stock inventory. Customer Support – Technical, hardware, and software information support as well as served as a county’s customer service representative for warranty issues and complaints. Market Research – Product and pricing suggestions are based on market research about demanding competitor products, and the available products for consumers from competitors.

Sales Support – Worked along with the sales executives to prioritize the delivery promptly and ran a survey on the satisfaction of the sales process and services with the customers. Marketing – Carried out organized promotional activities such as telemarketing, E-flyers, and other digital activities. Customer follow-ups and meeting schedules based on the inquiries received from the marketing and promotional activities. After Sales Support – Conduct an after-service survey based on the data collected from the workshops once the vehicle maintenance has been completed from an authorized service center for service evaluation. Complaint Management – Taken prompted solution plan for the complaints with the relevant departments, then suggest action plans to the relevant department to avoid such complaints about service improvements.
