Responsible for planning, monitoring & controlling the in-hand Projects, providing technical & Contractual Support (under FIDIC Contract frame) to the projects, preparing and submitting the Bid Documents for new Tenders/Projects

- Monitor contractors work and quality control to ensure all work is completed as per contract, applicable codes, industry standards, and approved drawings and specifications. - Coordinate and review all Inspection Requests/Technical Reports/Job Order Completion Reports etc submitted by contractor.. - Ensure the desired deployment of the manpower and equipment of the contractor at project site. - Review QC test results to assure contractor’s compliance with the requirements. - Review Proposed/as built/shop drawings, quality control and quality assurance procedures, material submittals, tie-in procedures, and construction schedule. - Coordinate approval of all contractor submittals with the client and consultants. - Review and respond Contractor’s Requests for Information. - Review and approve invoices submitted by the contractor as per contract documents.

-Coordinated feasibility studies, designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.- Led a multi-discipline engineering team throughout the life cycle of the project.- Developed and recommended improvements in design standards. - Managed engineering activities to ensure that the project was executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner. - Developed the project schedules and other project documentation in line with the organizational process assets - Ensured project’s conformance with the owner’s approved design standards and other laws and regulations. - Identified and managed all project issues and risks and elevated those issues for resolution and mitigations.- Presented project status to all stakeholders to ensure that they were informed of project progress- Managed and coordinated contractors and suppliers selected by the Core Management Team.- Administered project procurement contracts.- Maintained liaison with project team regarding project control and managed them in determining priorities.

-Overseeing construction schemes as per the set Key Performance Objectives--Monitoring work activities to conform to construction drawings, contract specifications, & method statement.-Enforcing budget parameters in the project and coordinating with cost control department -Organizing and planning resource mobilization & infrastructure implementation onsite.-Ensuring construction activity as per approved work methods with strict conformance to SOP, quality, & safety.-Providing technical solutions to resolve roads safety issues and implementing value engineering-Liaising with clients/ site engineers regarding all technical & contractual aspects including preparing designs, reports, specifications and other deliverables pertaining to the highways project scheme-Undertaking inspections and tests and completing records on successful completion of work.-Ensuring site safety and quality construction as per contract agreement.-Maintaining as built records and ensuring its reflection on the drawings-Coordinating with contractors for the better execution of work with available resources.

Supervising an Engineering team.Co ordination with client for the approval of Estimated Cost, material and shop drawing and material approval.Completion of project within Budget and schedule.Coordination/Estimation/preparation /solutionslsubmissions for change orders, invoice bills and site issues with client, consultant and contractors.Execute Project in accordance with Contractual provisions.Provide leadership and commitment to the Project HSE and Quality planPrepare Update of Project Quantities due to design and site changes.Progress monitoring and prepare invoicing to follow the bill of quantities.Re-measurements of BOQ for final account on completion of project.Analyze and prepare Subcontract documentation.Coordinate and participate in Suppliers negotiations.Planning and material management for construction work and Material take-Off for procurement.Estimation and Verification of Variation/Change Orders.To document lessons learned and to review/implement lessons learned from other ProjectsTo close out the project.
