I am responsible for Innovation and Design at TD including our Innovation Framework and several foundational Generative AI initiatives for the bank.I was previously responsible for Digital Experience @ TD including emerging partnerships, AI driven experiences, global design and technology platforms supporting the enterprise to enrich the lives of our customers, colleagues and communities. I was honoured to be awarded top tech titan of 2019 in Canada, American Banker Innovator of the Year in 2023 and am a proud member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).Previously, I was President and CEO of UGO a mobile startup that was Canada’s first open wallet and eventually acquired by TD to act as an incubator / accelerator for Innovation. Prior to these roles, I held various executive roles within TD's Digital and Marketing groups. I have also held senior leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting and Critical Path Inc. where I led the creation of several leading global digital experiences. Earlier in my career, I was an Aerospace Engineer for the F-22 aircraft and an early founding member of the docSpace Company, a digital startup that pioneered digital sharing experiences in the dot com era eventually selling for over 800 million dollars.
