As an Architectural Technologist and Interior Designer at CHASE Architecture Inc., I have acquired comprehensive experience across various sectors. My contributions to interior design projects for renowned hotel brands, such as Delta Hotels by Marriott and Park Inn by Radisson, have broadened my expertise in hospitality design. I have also developed proficiency with the Ontario Building Code through my involvement in permit packages and the design of healthcare spaces, particularly for Spectrum Health Care Clinics. My enthusiasm for design has led me to work on interior design for educational institutions, including ILAC Canada's campuses in downtown Toronto. Furthermore, I have explored diverse design methodologies while participating in master planning and design feasibility for a significant townhouse development in Milton, Ontario. These endeavors have refined my technical skills and creativity, reinforcing my dedication to delivering innovative and functional design solutions. A part from working on Design, FF&E , Construction/Tender Drawings, Permit Drawings, Shop drawing reviews & Preparing General/Final Review Reports for sites, I was fortunate to have worked on Submittals for Hospitality Brand Approvals based on Brand Standards and Local regulations enhancing my learning curve to another interesting horizon.

-Responsible to Supervise all Design studios of the Firm at various locations countrywide to achieve the Design and Financial targets internally within the organisation and assist is Recovery of Billable to relevant departments in the firm .-Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.-Lead vision on graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.-Networking and consulting with various industry professionals-Develop Business for the organization to achieve financial targets -Prepare bidding documents, participate in contract negotiations and award construction contracts-To acts as the representative of the firm and takes decisions based on company policies and vision for growth.

-Responsible to lead the entire regional studio team and the Projects/Portfolio to achieve the Design and Financial targets internally within the organisation.-Oversee all aspects of the design and construction process of any design project, from developing and reviewing building plans to making sure a project environmental and zoning standards-Assist in managing client expectations and relationships, team communication and consultant coordination.-Acting as a mentor to new junior team members and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

-Responsible for handling various projects assigned and report about the progress in work to the Team Lead. -Actively involved in each project right from inception till execution and handling over the project to the clients.-Managing Project Deliverables, Timelines and co-ordinating with contractors and other project consultants.-Monitor activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with specificationsConduct feasibility studies and financial analyses of building projects.-Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements-Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budget-Preparation of Statutory Documentations and Presentations for the Local Building Control Authorities

-Assisting with design and production of project documents through all phases of a project from pre-design through construction administration.-Brainstorming project ideas and preparing conceptual sketches and models-Preparing paperwork that is involved in the design process.-Supervising and co-ordinating with drafting team and 3d visualisers for the preparation of drawings and 3d’s.-Regular site visits to check on the progress as well as ensuring that project is on schedule and design quality is being achieved.-Adapting plans according to circumstances and assist in resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.

Hired during an extremely busy period as Junior Architect at Faisalabad Studio but quickly promoted as Job Captain to the Lahore Studio.
