I am a master’s student at Kyungpook National University, working as a research assistant at the Ultra Large-Scale Integration Electro-System Laboratory. My current focus lies in advancing DRAM and SRAM memory cell technologies, a pursuit that builds on my strong academic foundation in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from United International University, Bangladesh. There, I led an IoT-based electronic toll collection project and developed keen interests in computer networking.My technical competencies include extensive experience with MATLAB and Python, gained through hands-on research and coursework. I am also refining my expertise in VLSI design through comprehensive training on Synopsys ICC2 tools, spanning the complete RTL-to-GDSII flow. Earning a Synopsys Education Program certificate further demonstrates my commitment to professional excellence.Moving forward, I aim to contribute to the semiconductor industry by applying my skills to develop efficient, innovative solutions.
