Supporting and learning from various non-profit and community building organizations in GTA. I have focused this time on building an understanding of different cross-sectoral challenges and opportunities in the region, including housing, education, food security, and public infrastructure projects. I have gained from my experience doing public consultation on critical city-wide projects, co-designing strategy for a community center project, and facilitating leadership development workshops.

37/19 is a leadership and growth consulting firm, working with both private and public sector entities on change management, leadership development and coaching of executive teams, and talent programs for continuous improvement. In all our engagements we focus on 3 core practices: reflection, empathy, agency. Select engagements include: developing and executing a multi-year Diversity Intelligence Program for a corporate conglomerate; developing and delivering customized modules for a client's leadership growth journey for the executive team; consulting an international non-profit Executive Director on strategic planning, business development, and communication.

Supported, learnt from, and grew a global community of organizers, practitioners, educators, and researchers catalyzing change and organizing communities to build people power. I formalised the Global Hubs and Affiliate Organizations network at LCN, connecting the existing member-led Hubs and seeding three new Hubs focusing on different regional and thematic issues.

Responsible for crafting the leadership development experiences for the network of Acumen Pakistan Fellows, and business development for the Program. Led three year-long cohorts of social changemakers, entrepreneurs, government officials, artists, and activists, training them in aspects of personal growth, leadership, systems thinking, and change management. Built a community of over 100 Pakistan Fellows, from sectors as diverse as education and health to media and infrastructure, connected to a global community of over 500 Fellows.
